Es geht maximal über den Wechsler Eingang. Dafür gibt es für alte BMW Radios Adapter. Aber wie gesagt, du kommst billiger, wenn du dir ein neues BOOST Radio organisierst, denke ich.
Google mal Steckerbelegung BMW Business. Da gibt es viele Bilder von den Steckern.
