My offer to help still stands. I am not a good writer, but with hard work, I do OK. I'd be willing to add a side-bar piece on the pulley party and run-preparations that we silly americans did beforehand.

Hey, that would be really cool if you can have a go at a few lines about your warm-up event!
Are you in touch with any of the other guys as well? I'd really appreciate if one of you US guys would try to do write up on the tour as well. I'd think it's a much nicer story from you guys point of view, i.e. US MINI owners based in Germany blending into the German activities.
